The Menu

edere · peccare · bibere

The menu is not arranged by starters and mains. It is arranged like a ceremony, and it is followed in that order. Almost everything passes over the embers: charcoal and firewood. It is what binds the two shores of this house, Italian produce and Spanish, treated with the same fire.
