2. Purpose
This legal notice governs access to, browsing of and use of this website. Simply browsing it makes you a user and implies acceptance of these terms in the version published at any given time.
The site is for information purposes: to present the restaurant, its cooking, its spaces and the ways to book a table or request the private room. No online sales are made through it.
3. Terms of use
Access to the site is free of charge and requires no prior registration. The user undertakes to use it diligently and in accordance with the law, and in particular not to:
- introduce or disseminate content that is unlawful, defamatory or that infringes the rights of third parties;
- attempt to access restricted areas, alter the site or introduce harmful software;
- carry out actions that may damage, overload or prevent the normal operation of the site;
- use the published contact details to send unsolicited commercial communications.
4. Published information
The dishes, menus, prices and opening hours published are for guidance and may vary depending on the market and the season. Photographs and illustrations are illustrative and may not correspond exactly to the product served.
Information on allergens and ingredients is available to customers at the establishment. Any allergy or intolerance must be communicated to staff before service.
5. Bookings and requests
Table bookings are managed through a third-party platform, CoverManager, whose form is embedded in the booking page. Use of that tool is also governed by the terms and privacy policy of its owner.
Requests sent through the Sancto Quorum form are availability enquiries: they do not constitute a confirmed booking until the restaurant expressly confirms it by email or telephone. The private room is subject to a minimum spend per guest, which is stated on its page and confirmed when the request is accepted.
6. Intellectual and industrial property
All the content of this site — texts, photographs, illustrations, trademarks, logos, typefaces, source code and design — is owned by TRASTAMARA VLC, S.L. or by third parties who have authorised its use, and is protected by intellectual and industrial property law.
Its reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or any other form of exploitation, in whole or in part, is prohibited without the written authorisation of the owner. Access to the site grants no rights over it.
7. Liability
The owner does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability and continuity of the site, and shall not be liable for damage arising from its unavailability, from errors or omissions in the content, or from the presence of viruses or other harmful elements introduced by third parties beyond its control.
The owner endeavours to keep the information up to date, but is not responsible for the accuracy of content published by third parties or for changes that may occur between updates.

This site may contain links to third-party pages, including publications that have written about the restaurant. The owner does not control their content or policies and accepts no liability for them. The inclusion of a link does not imply any relationship, recommendation or supervision.

The processing of personal data collected through this site is described in the Privacy policy. The use of cookies and similar technologies is described in the Cookie policy.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Where the user is a consumer, the courts and tribunals determined by consumer legislation shall have jurisdiction. In all other cases, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of the city of València, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.
Official complaint forms are available to customers at the establishment.
11. Amendments
The owner reserves the right to amend this legal notice to adapt it to new legislation or to changes in the site. The version in force will always be the one published on this page.
