We do not request special categories of data. If you tell us about a food allergy or intolerance, we will use it solely to serve you safely and will not keep it beyond what is necessary for that purpose. We ask you not to include in your CV any data that are not needed to assess your application.
3. What we use them for and on what legal basis

4. Disclosure to third parties
We do not disclose your data to third parties, except where legally required (for example, to the tax authorities or to law enforcement bodies when they so require).
5. Providers with access to the data
To operate we need to rely on providers that process data on our behalf, under a signed data processing agreement and without using them for their own purposes:
- Web hosting: ProfesionalHosting, with servers in Spain.
- Email: the same hosting provider, where messages from the forms are received and stored, including attached CVs.
- Bookings: CoverManager, a booking management platform for restaurants.
Some of these providers may use sub-processors located outside the European Economic Area. In that case, transfers are covered by adequacy decisions of the European Commission or by standard contractual clauses.
This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts servers, which means your IP address is communicated to Google when the page loads.
6. Your rights
You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw any consent you have given, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
To do so, write to info@conclavevalencia.com or to the postal address given above, identifying yourself and stating which right you wish to exercise.
If you consider that we have not dealt with your request properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
7. Accuracy of the data
The data you give us must be true and up to date. If you give us other people's data — for example, when stating whom to notify about a booking — you must have informed them beforehand of what is explained here.
8. Minors
The forms on this site are intended for people over 14 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under that age without the consent of their legal guardian.
9. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data against loss, misuse or unauthorised access, including encrypted transmission of the site and access control to the mailboxes where requests arrive.
10. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated to adapt it to regulatory changes or to new processing. The version in force will always be the one published on this page, with its update date.
